What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Bangladesh. You can simply pay the delivery agent after receiving your package — safe, simple, and hassle-free!

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver across Bangladesh. In Dhaka and surrounding areas, delivery is faster; for remote districts, delivery may take longer.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 2–5 business days across Bangladesh. Our team works hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

How much is the shipping charge?

Our delivery charge depends on your location:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur & Keraniganj: ৳80
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳110

Are your products authentic / original brand?

Yes — we source stationery, art supplies, and DIY kits from trusted distributors and brands. All items listed on the site are new and authentic.

Do you offer bulk or school/office supplies discount?

Yes — for bulk purchases, schools, or offices, we provide special discounts. Please contact our sales team for quotation and terms.

No — you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account gives you faster checkout, order history, and easier reordering.
